I wrote that it was terrible compared to your other studies.
I've had $12 HITs from you that take 20 minutes but this one clocked in at over an hour.

I don't think you need too much feedback to determine there is a big difference there.
Thanks for the feedback! I don't recall running many $12 hits and if you got one and completed in 20 minutes, clearly we are paying too much. I will be sure to better evaluate the timing to ensure I am paying correctly.

So Wharton's own analysis and many many studies indicate women will do tasks that do not further their careers or profit them (volunteer for committees etc), and then they turn around and offer an unpaid survey about the gender gap, which would by it's nature attract more women anyway. Way to be a part of the problem Wharton. I don't give a frig if it will further studies and help to decrease the gender gap, Pay ME! My thoughts and opinions are obviously very profitable to your institution. Pay women for the heavy fucking lifting that they do. HOW Frigging Dare you???!!!

May not have been a $12 HIT exactly...may have been $10 but my point remains the same, this study was very underpaid compared to nearly every other HIT you have put up on Mturk.

But it's good to know they'll all be a little underpaid in the future.
Did you write that in the post survey? When I post a HIT that is looking for feedback, as the one you are referencing was, I asked for feedback. Honest feedback!
I'm not sure if you're confusing me with one of the people who you had pilot test this but I wasn't one of them.
If I left feedback on every survey that I thought was underpaid or not up to requester's usual standard then I would never get anything done on here.

Make sure you pay no more than $6/hr, anything more would be completely unreasonable
