Then you have a choice.
Are you really sure that the email can't be found? If yes, submit it with a note. If no, return it for fear of rejection.

As the next line says, if you can't find ANY email address, they're going to double check your work. If they end up finding the email really quickly, your work will get rejected.

So basically, if you can't find anything, you can submit it without, but you run the risk of your work getting rejected if they end up finding the email.
