Pot roast! Oh man, I have to make it now.

The only thing I like in pot roast is cooked carrots. I could eat those all day, but they have to be thoroughly cooked. No crunchy carrots please.

I'm a bit of a picky eater. Unless its pizza, then I'm not picky, unless it has ham on it or pineapple or banana peppers. Or olives. Olives taint everything they touch.

sometimes (often actually) I feel like surveys say that there are several choices when answering,
but there is only ever one answer that makes sense.
in this one, I really do wonder what help the survey results could possibly be,
but I'm not interested enough to find out.

cook the carrots first imo, celery/carrots/onions i leave in the pot overnight the night before i put the roast in. makes them super soft

my ex was like that, didnt like anything but the glazed onions and the carrots. she was really an odd duck

My heart hurts. Fall foods are the best . Pot roasts, stews, soups, chicken and dumplings. I love this time of year so much for so many reasons. lol
