Negative. Usually suspensions don't come in packs unless it's one of those bullshit massive rejection waves that manage to tank a bunch of approval ratings at once. Which I think has happened...twice? Maybe?

Did the email specifically say that was when you violated the TOS, or was that just when you got the email?

I think that can happen for really bullshit stuff like messing up a captcha too many times. Usually you just contact Amazon and they unlock the account, or at least tell you WTF they expect you to do to get it unlocked.
