Some of the regulars on Swagbucks fb page started a group chat and forum. Drama llamas were encountered and the forum creator killed it. People in the chat later started sharing other ways they made money online which included Mturk.

But secretly I found out about Mturk by stalking Kryssy. One night I was peeking through her window and I saw her on this site Amazon Mechanical Turk. I was like oh shit she's making some serious pizza money doing those hits and now here I am... xD

yep, that's where I discovered it in college. Though for me it was more like shopping money...I have since changed my ways. Definitely beer money now.

I made an account in 2008, made (literally) a couple bucks and some rejects and didn't pick it back up until years later when I heard about it on r/beermoney!
