When TOTW was doing open/closed fast food restaurants, I'd drive around and see a Burger King or something and mentally mark it as open.

I've had a job for the last few years 'fluffing' christmas trees at Home Depot. (my job title, seriously: fluffer) (have to have my son do it this year.) Anyway after hours and hours of doing so as I was required to touch every part of every branch of every tree, I'd spend the next 2 months mentally fluffing every 'real' outdoor evergreen tree I'd see. The one in my own yard was especially badly fluffed.
