Requester Annabel is very nice. I did not answer her second question on her hit because I thought it was optional. Not only did she send me a nice email asking me to answer the question which I did, she also gave me a bonus (it was only a penny but most requesters would just reject your hit). I just wanna do my purchase and get out, I don't want to have a conversation so the self-checkouts are a godsend to me. Plus, I usually have to do two or more purchases as well (my stuff, fiance's stuff, this card that card whatnot.) and it (almost) physically hurts to have to say that out loud to a real person who is like, lookin' at me and then the person behind me makes exasperated noises and that makes me nervous and then I mess everything up and drop things.

I'm not good with real life people.

I like the self checkouts, or the idea of them for some of the same reasons, but I have the worst luck with them, I very rarely can make it through without something going wrong and me having to wait for someone to come over and fix things. And I rarely shop anymore as it is. If I can manage to walk where I need to go, I can't stand more than ten min. without coming close to passing out,

Last time I did, it was b/c i needed a shirt and tie-dye kit for my daughter's bday and didn't order online in time. I got cash back from the self check-out as part of the present. The money got stuck, it was like 20 min for someone to call someone else to open the thing and get my money, then by the time I got to my daughter I'd somehow managed to lose it. For whatever reason I can't manage to use a wallet and purse like a grown up, I shove things in my pocket, can't feel things with my fingers hardly, and I'll take things out of the pocket and dont realize I've dropped it, or just hold it,and bc i dont' feel it, forget im holding it. That was a great day.
