@C to the J as a full time turker how many hours a week do you work on average?

Varies on the week...depends how much work out there is actually worth doing....but 40-50.
In general I like to make $12/hr over the course of a full day. I feel that's a good wage.

Most important thing for me is that I'm "on call" 16+ hours a day/7 days a week.
Only turn my Hit Monitor off when I'm sleeping......as a full timer, if one of my good closed quals posts a big batch then it could either make or break my week.
