Someone had the same issue the other day. Solution was rebooting PC......twice? lol

This happened to me once. I restarted my computer and it worked fine after that.

they try to buy the huge 6 lb restaurant sized cans whenever they can. definitely saves a lot of money. I think each big can lasts them like 3 or 4 months.

no matter what other coffee I buy them, they still like Illy the best.
