It's their main business but not their only business, you mark as what they mainly provide. They provide good and services and they get marked as retailers because the main thing they do is sell cars. At least to me.
That is how I have always marked them as well.

But Zoltars still suck. :p

It seems like everyone does something different for each one. I have no idea how Zoltar decides which answers to use.
even though car is listed under goods, for the retailer section, it says "hutchinson buick gmc cadillac" is an example for a retailer that has both goods and services. so it's a little contradicting, but i've always put car dealers as goods and services and haven't had a problem. no idea how they go about checking these.

A holding company is a company that owns other companies' outstanding stock. The term usually refers to a company that does not produce goods or services itself; rather, its purpose is to own shares of other companies to form a corporate group.

Well there's no option for that :p

Technically the dealer is reselling the automaker's product - that makes them a retailer.

No way to check. They are very forgiving just try your best.
If they have a service center, put both. If they only sell cars then put Goods only

oh i know they are a retailer, i was talking about whether to put them as goods or goods AND services. because under that section, it says cars should go under goods. but under retailers, it says car dealers are both goods and services.
