Yes, my mom was just turned down for working on Mturk on Wednesday, about two weeks after she'd applied. She's a US citizen currently living in Texas and there's no discernible reason she would've been turned down.

I was never turned down, per se, but I had one HELL of a time getting approved by Amazon Payments (since I don't have a real street address). I just kept bugging them, over and over and over, until I got what may have been "just the right person." ? LUCK

I think I found mTurk at the end of 2012 after reading an article about "how to make money at home not being a telemarketer, yadda yadda yadda"
2013 was me working on my own, off and on. In 2015, I found some forums late summer. So this year, I've made more than double the previous years combined!
I wish I'd found help sooner!!

I got 4 back to back emails from them at 3am. I contacted them about an hour ago and got this:

Not that I did many (less than 100 in slow times), but it's the principle. Well see what happens.

Just came in, they said it might be a bug. Apparently it was.
