This is way overdue. I obviously forget that I already have certain things when I'm at the store. I have some serious duplicates in the Vinegar category. At least it is good for a long time. Apple Cider Vinegar (3 so far), Red wine vinegar (3) Pomegranate vinegar, balsamic vinegar (2), white wine vinegar. Regular distilled vinegar in convenient gallon size and 16 oz size.
