Chrome limits the rate of tabs that are not in focus. Run PC in its own window to get around this.

That's what I'm doing. I run dual monitors, so I have it up on one monitor while I work on the other, just in case I need to clear a captcha or something.

Yes browsers limit script to run at 1 second if they are in a tab not focussed. Panda Crazy needs to run with timers under 1 second to go as fast as possible. You need to put it in it's own window.
