I haven't received an email yet, but I'm assuming it was based on number of blocks. I've had 3 over the last couple of months. I did about 500 of the Hazy Researcher HITs today, and I guess they had blocked me as well.

As far as we know, there's no way to know. Amazon's never said anything about how quickly they suspend people after blocks, or for any other reason. It could be because of HITs he was doing at the moment or HITs he did weeks ago or anything in between.

That was the only batch I had worked on today/lately. The last rejection I had was in the middle of October. I'll just have to wait for their email to come in and see what I can do. @Tribune any tips?

I wouldn't wait around for email. I'd click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of every MTurk page and email right now and ask what's going on and if there's anything you can do.
