I didn't realize this is the one people were having crash. I didn't have that happen I dont' think,
I got to a point where it asked for my email address but no longer seemed to be on the actual survey,
more like the website, is this what happened to whoever else did this?

I had to same experience as you, but I could definitely see it crashing for people considering how it was set up.
