Edit: nm, once again the obvious link isn't the correct one to click. You need to click the blue neon button in the bottom left, and then click the question mark icon in the top right inside the popup window for instructions.

And when want's to name a government entity that is worth the "monies" spent on it, ya gotta include DARPA. They come up with really advanced shit, and were instrumental in the development of these things we call "computers." And by the way, kudos to you on even knowing anything about DARPA.

DARPA is still by far one of the most progressive and innovative gov't entities, whose R&D ultimately benefit the general population... but (surprisingly or not) ONR is catching up very quickly. Some of the biomedical research that ONR is currently investing in is surprisingly advanced and forward-thinking.
