Yes. Thought it was just me. I typed out the whole first section then clicked next and nothing happened, and was unable to click next again, the cursor just changes to a "no" symbol. Reported it as broken.

PRE=Page Request Error i.e when you are refreshing mturk too much with links
HAM=A dumb term that people on mturk made even dumber using it to symbolize working on a batch or a bunch of HITs basically

ham is a bit rude (it just means going really hard as a - well, a swear
It means working fast on a batch
PRE is an error code from mturk. You'll get it when you request too many pages in a short span of time (they'll tell you explicitly that you've done that - or you'll get PRE's but not SEE them because you're working in another tab. IT's a problem because you can't accept a HIT when you get that - which slows us down
