Accepted and "submitted" a HIT, but I had a one, two,and three-second Pandas running in HS. I think the Panda prevented a proper submission of the HIT (not showing up in my HIT Db). When I go to "HITs assigned" and click "continue working," it takes me to a page saying that I don'w qual for the HIT because "You already took this study." Any work-around or am I just screwed?

Sounds like they are blocking you from a survey by ip. Not a whole lot you can do. Possibly contact the requester who can sent you a link to reset the test apparatus for your ip... but not a lot of requesters know how to do that and given that they actually respond on time, its pretty iffy whether it would get sorted out before the hit expires.
