Yes, these things happen. And I think, more often than not, the HIT tends to be erroneously rejected due to some issue on the requester's end. I'm just suggesting that it might not be reasonable to expect anything done right away. They do have 30 days to overturn the rejection, though, so a little patience can be afforded.
