I watch it for the dialogue, and also the story.
I fast forward through all the sex stuff,
mostly I'm looking for awkward stories.

I watch for it cooking ideas. Fast forward through everything that isn't food. You'd be surprised how much time I waste looking for recipes in porn.

The way i see it its just one element of the experience. To use it at its true potential you need other devices to link to it like smart thermostats and lights and stuff. Its a neat central hub to control all the smart home stuff and experience "The Future". By itself it seems lackluster and most of the stuff you can do with it you can do with your phone

Not worth it. There were some guys on the news last week talking about how real estate is going to drastically change in the new future. Technology has apparently brought down or is bringing down the cost of all these gismos including how to build houses and apartments. The set up will get less expensive.

I wouldn't, but only because I think it opens the door to a massive privacy invasion.

The only thing it would pick up in my home would be Call of Duty sfx, porn dialogue, and the collected cinematic works of the Fat Boys (yes, the rappers), so... no biggie there.

Speaking of stretching dollars. I think this is a much better deal if you don't need/want "always listening" and don't have all the other smart gear that would connect to the Echo and increase it's usefulness/value.

Stupid question....What is the point of keeping a balance in your Paypal account if when you buy something with Paypal and have your bank account linked, then they would just take it out of your bank account.... am I missing something?

in your settings, you can make it so that it draws from your paypal balance first.
also, you can set it to not draw it over your paypal balance
but still have the option of adding funds from your bank.

i haven't found a need for keeping cash in there personally. To each their own. If paypal is available I always use that option for the added security
