I already have Turbotop, but thanks anyway. It keeps Scraper always on top, even if I'm running another program or another Firefox profile. I keep it as a small window on the extreme left.

It's good for that, but it's really beneficial when working on batches. Niftysplit allows you to click on a link in one window and have it open in another window. The time it takes to switch between tabs adds up. This cuts down on it.
