They usually run from 8:10am EST to 9:40 am.... But they can differ.

I keep my panda on for a while though, because sometimes i grab a few more from people returning them or them timing out.

The timer is 1 hour. No reason to really run it after 10:40 am.

Very random. Sometimes they will post 5 batches in a day other times nothing for 2 weeks.
