Right? My therapist offered that as a coping mechanism, and I was like, "Whaaaa? No way that works." Cue me literally sitting in front of the sunny window right now, feeling better than I did being a sadness slug in bed. Might be working because I'm part cat, but I don't mind.

:glomp: :mallow

Thank you for saying so. I just think we all gotta share our trade secrets for getting through this crazy thing sometimes, to help each other. I hope there was something in there that is handy for you, or sparks a new, personalized idea for ya.
I'm going to go take a walk outside. :) I'm going to go out for what I henceforth shall call a "Minkyboodle Stroll."

Haha, right on! :blueheart:
Bonus tip for maximum effect: Take note of the wind, as it rustles your hair; the way the sun (if it's not hiding like it is over here) feels on your skin; the movements of birds and the cute sounds they make; children laughing and playing about; the sights and sounds of people moving about their daily lives; the way that slightly-crispy winterish air feels going in and out of your lungs; etc. etc. and it will increase the experience tenfold.

Question / Advice:

For those of you who have multiple "income areas" IE: Turk, Swagbucks, real job ( even if variable) and selling thigns... how do you keep track of it all... a notebook and pen, excel...something else?
