But there are people who absolutely must turk and will take any/all work because they need to scrape as much as they can together to make their ends meet. Sadly, it's a demographic that's easily exploitable.

the funny thing is, if you NEED mturk in order to make a living, you're better off not doing crappy hits and waiting for something that pays good. Chances are if you're hamming a bunch of horrible hits, you'll miss something amazing because it got snatched up while you were not paying attention

I have only done 120 so far today

Yeah, time estimate is pretty accurate since it's timed steps. It wasn't the worst thing I've ever done (the HIT was super simple) but it drags onnnnnnnn.....
