ive never seen anything specific like aliens but i do get a "sense" that im seeing something in my peripheral like shadows plus like you know that feeling of terror you get for a split second when someone jumps out and scares you or when youre going down a hill on a roller coaster? Well imagine having that feeling not just for a second or two but for MINUTES. Its so horrible i swear, when you combine that "terror" feeling plus the "is that something or someone im seeing in the corner of my eye watching me....?" trust me you would never want to sleep either. I am not ashamed to admit I am a 29 year old woman and I have a night light because of it.

I'm glad i've never experienced it. Whether its physiological or paranormal or both I've heard a lot of stories about it and its fascinating and terrifying. They say it helps if you don't sleep on your back but i'm sure you've tried a lot of the common solutions

I get that and it really is terrifying. I've never seen anything but its the reason i sleep on my side/stomach now. I used to sleep on my back and that feeling of terror was just WAY too much.

I get that and it really is terrifying. I've never seen anything but its the reason i sleep on my side/stomach now. I used to sleep on my back and that feeling of terror was just WAY too much.

I remember the very first time it happened to me, I was like 11 or 12 and I remember while it was happening and I was frozen I just kept thinking to myself "Oh my god, Its a ghost, a ghost is touching me or something, this must be what people mean on tv when they say they just felt someone walk right through them, OMG an EFFING GHOST" My mom actually made me go see a doctor because she thought i was crazy, as in literally crazy and delirious. lol way to believe in me mom geeze.
