That;s the way the world is now. If you're working for someone, years ago your experience was considered valuable. Now you get laid off so they can hire younger workers at a lower salary. I know it's happening in retail, probably office work too.

You're not being diplomatic. When they ask for feedback, I usually say the survey was very interesting and a little off the beaten track. You can catch more flies with sugar...
