This probably isn't going to work but you can try sending a message to the requester and ask him to provide you with the survey link and pay with a dummy hit.

Na I killed it cause sometimes inquisit messes up my task bar and that's the only way to fix it barring a restart. But usually I restart it in task manager, this time I just flat out killed it and it didn't come back. Haha.

Inquisit runs only half of the time for me, even though I've downloaded the Firefox plugin. It's buggy.
