Not an outlet mall. Goodwill has some outlet locations where they sell clothing by the pound. It's in big disorganized bins and you have to dig through it to find stuff. It's amazing and awful and incredible all at the same time. It's so cheap that you can buy a ton of stuff and sort through it at home and just re-donate whatever doesn't fit.

Yes, we have a pound store here! Just one, but it's so much fun to sift through all the things.
