The qual test is easy and re-takeable, and granted upon submission. The hits themselves, you have to like and be good at writing. They do give bonuses too, with nice comments.

I will tell you if I find any new good ones. oh I was going to tell everyone too, I found out people sell their starbucks free drink cards on ebay if they mess up your order. so you can buy those and get free starbucks coffees. I looked at the alert, saw it was you, and before even looking I knew what you were gonna say. Someone pointed it out like 20s before you in IRC lol. I pushed the fix just now. So the count was wrong, but it was correctly handling the logged in/out messaging.
