I wouldn't try to overthink the amounts of Zoltars that you catch. It could be anything crazy from what Amazon feels like allowing you to have based on how much money you normally make to something logical like the speed of your internet ping (lag) keeping you from accepting hits faster than other people.

Location seems pretty unlikely since a good portion of the websites to be evaluated are outside the United States.

I'm pretty sure Endor be getting so many different answers for Z web evails that it ain't even funny so I'm assuming if someone has been blocked it's because they keep picking website not available or it's really really apparent that they're zipping through them and not even trying to get them right. I worried in the beginning when I first started doing them but now not so much.

My latest theory on Zoltars is that how many you can grab is based on how many hops your connection takes to get to the server, which is somewhat like the discussion about how close to the server you are. Mind you, I am completely incompetent, but that is my latest thought on it. That's why I think timer settings are one of the few things I can actually control that might make a difference. Prolly just a naive salve I'm selling myself though.

Don't they still have to load through Mturk? Pretty sure that server is on a Bezo Rocket that is constantly changing locations.

I've tried 600-700 timer with Auto slow down and the usual 980 and I usually get the same amount either way.
