They're garbage. Tried to claim I sent them the wrong survey code a long time back. Never respond to messages either.

Do you use any script/extension that shows the TO in a pop-up bubble or anything like that? That HIT has been floating around for a while. I never touched it because when I moused over it, along with the HIT title, there was a big red mark next to it.
