My bad posture throughout the year finally caught up with me and my shoulder was so effed up I had to take a few days off, since I couldn't even move my left arm much. It doesn't look like I missed a lot.

I had a similar incident once, turned out to be something that was diagnosed as 'frozen shoulder.' It took awhile to correct itself, but it finally did.

Hopefully, you’re back to normal right quick.

It's kinda hard to ignore when trying to put on a jacket suddenly is painful af. If this happened when I'm 30, old age has great things in store for me.
