Oh boy.. I hope you get this resolved. can't imagine the amount of time and effort you must've spent on this.

Did you take a page shot when you sent it back? I do that with transcription as I had one once who said I didn't send him the transcript when I know better. Now I take a screen shot of all that stuff even if it's just a snippet to show that I did send it and if I do have an email address and am concerned then sometimes I'll send it to them that way also.
