you're not reading closely in the hit then .. I did have a problem with mine but it was an actual issue, not just a mistype

I normally get PRE's below 10 but for the past 2 days I've been getting in the 20-30's. If I see panda crazy with too many PRE's I refresh the window. Is that a good thing to do?

Yeah, the wording was awful. I kinda wanted to send a polite email telling them using the stats terms would've been less confusing at this point.

I emaied him because I couldn't figure it out, he sent a reply in about 10 minutes, Its worth a shot

yeah same here. You actually have to put something in all the fields except company name or email. it's a bit odd.
If you don't find a company name or an email address (usually can't find email if you don't have company name anyways) just put "unknown" in the company name, leave email address blank and choose the no email address option. For job, something has to go in there or the submit button won't light up at all. My usual choices have been general laborer or some version of the customer service rep. For instance, a wood finisher is a general laborer, same w/ a landscaper of any kind. If a restaurant is posting multiple job types for kitchen, I use back of house. if for multiple jobs in the dining area that's front of house, etc etc.

They could have said it in a much simpler way. Just ask for the three number boundaries that would put 25% of all results in each bin. I don't know why they had to complicate it with the less than this BUT greater than this.
