they're ok. too many images per each, if you ask me

but if you zoom out a bit so you can see the image,
and if you set up some hotkeys so that 1 is tab, space, 2 is tab, down, space, etc..
you can get each one done in like 40-65 seconds depending on how difficult the image is to see

so for example if I see a beardless woman, I push 4 and then 1

i did 7, I don't want any more

I don't think you will see a change. Use http://www.cloudping.info/ to see what your ping is to the Virginia server is. I just upgraded my speed from Cox Cable an hour ago and I saw NO change (mturk is in Ashburn, VA).

Yeah, bandwidth has virtually nothing to do with latency unless you were already maxing out your bandwidth to begin with.
