Still cant figure out why my alarm wont go off for hits that are about to end. I want to know when my heavy hitters are getting close and still no dice. No exaggeration, every other alarm has since gone off but that one. this is what i put it as, as a tester just to see if it would go off but it wouldnt. Does anyone see anything wrong. Is that the right timer and if not, well then i guess i see my problem.

Routing through your ISP sucks or they're throttling you?

Could be it. I haven't noticed any throttling, we get 125mbps pretty consistently and 2ms ping to att's servers just west of the city. Could be wonky routing but I'm not sure how to test that
