yes I had that problem earlier and the req just replied to me on it

Workers experience this error if they have more than one of these HITs open at once. It seems to take about an hour before the system “resets”, and you can try again. I believe you can still use the “check this box to accept next HIT” feature, but you probably can’t queue these HITs. Sorry for the inconvenience.

e: I think I'm still getting errors even with just one open so :shrug:
