Yeah, I've talked to him as well and he had told me they were going to be releasing 1,000's of HITs here in the near future and to watch for them. Really nice guy but it completely threw me that I was blocked. I've done a few hundred of their HITs and haven't had any rejected. Emailed him so hopefully I can find out what's up. I just like to know what I did wrong, if anything.

I probably would have done the exact same thing a couple of weeks ago. I had a similar situation - spent 30 mins doing a HIT, then on the LAST page, instead of a code, it said I'd already completed the HIT /facepalm...lesson learned.

HITID are unique so there will never be a match, there is not group ID available in HITDB so you can't use that. Best you can do is check for the HIT being titled the same.
