A town next to me, 3,000 people live there, apparently someone bought a million dollars worth of (cheap) land to build grow warehouses, they might be build already, i dunno, but this is basically every air bnb type place there now.

The kind that make you look like you're being shit out of a polar bear. But she looked achingly beautiful. It literally caused me pain. Then I felt sad.
