Have you ever read "The Long Dark Tea Time of the Soul" by Douglas Adams? It's one of the Dirk Gently books, excellent series... by the way... but Tea Time holds a special place.

I haven't, but the series is on my list after watching and falling in love with Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency recently.

The series is quite fantastic, though I have heard it differs from the books quite a bit. (Which is to be expected.) I'm going to move them up on the reading list, I think.
