One thing I've noticed lately is that if you do a test, and be VERY thorough, go above and beyond what they ask you to do, explain things as CLEARLY as possible and spend a LOT of time exploring the WHOLE site for like 30+ minutes (NO BS, I mean really giving extra helpful advise) they will sometimes bonus you an extra $10.00 for your trouble.
