A requester accidentally rejected two of my hits and instead paid me a bonus for the same. I requested them to reverse the rejections and sent them help links from the forum. She replied, that it is not that easy to undo the rejections as she is using command line tools. I have no idea about this .... can someone help, please?

But if they already bonused you the payment, if they reverse it they will have paid you twice.

Are your overall HITs low enough for 2 rejections to majorly impact your approval rate? If not I'd say just let it go.
