H&R Block is available with the state software for ~$20, then $19.99 to file the state.

If you go to the library, they have all of the forms there and people to help you usually.

It is free to file, but it is mailed in. If you are getting a refund for EIC or child credit, it doesn't matter if it takes an extra week, because they aren't processing those credits until Feb 23.

Take a look at the "free file" options on the IRS site. I used SE forms and all that last year through Turbotax for free. They have free software options for AGI up to $64,000.
