If i had a nickel for every time I've filled out one section of questions and returned the hit,

I probably wouldn't be very rich but it would be a good few dollars or so

good thing the MTS breakdown shows me exactly how much i returned now

I got approved to go on to the bonus round. So I got the "applicant" qual (meaning I did his first hit correctly).

I'm praying the next round isn't as difficult, but it probably will be. I got skillz now, though. That first hit taught me A LOT despite doing real estate for a living, lol.

Ditto, me too. I spent over 6 hours on that qual... I suspected it was the house next to the main house... however could not find any proof, assessor's page, nothing. Visually it looked like it was the one next door, however they hammered in, proven to a judge...

I went over and over it... bleah. They encourage you to apply again next time it's up. I'm unsure I'm up for that again. Second time I've tried to get this qual.

Plus, there was a website of their engagement photos of them next to the rental. That was my second nail.

Guys, can we cool it with the qual discussion, please? As @Jaded said, there's really no way that we can know that they won't use the same property in a future qual HIT.

That's what happened to me! I was actually sitting in my dentist's office and did a hail mary google search and there was the little bit of info I needed to set me on the correct path.

I totally won't talk about it more just in case, but I'm thinking he probably won't use it since he sent the correct answer to the people who didn't get it correct.
