Ummm... not sure how things have changed over the years, but when I was 21 and living with my parents it was considered a privilege. If I didn't want to pay rent to them, then I should at the very least keep a clean house. If my dad had to wash 1 dish he was not happy... and honestly now that I'm older, I don't blame him. Bills are expensive and if he was paying to keep a roof over my head at 21 then I should repay him by making sure he didn't have to clean the house or move out and pay my own bills. Just my two cents... not sure of your situation or trying to be rude. I'm a control freak myself, so I'm not sure how I'll actually be when my kiddos are older. This is just how it was for me personally growing up.

Oh I agree and in the summer they help with the farm part a ton. 21 year old is in school all day then goes to work and doesn't get home until about 1 am and leaves about 7 am for school. 18 year old is a senior and goes half days and then goes to work and gets home about midnight. I pushed working on them so much and now I am rethinking
