Amazon Payments problem.

Bear with me here, please. "Amazon Payments Customer": up till today that's what I used to type in as a google search and it took me to a page that had a "Customer" button on it (lower left-hand side of the screen). I'd click that and it would take me to my account so I could transfer my Turking moolah to my bank. NOW I can only find pages for "Shoppers" and "Merchants." And the funds in my account are divided between "Account Balance" and "Dispersible," and of course Dispersible is a fraction of the Account Balance. What the hell is going on. And if anyone can point me to an Amazon Payments page that has "Customer" on it I would be most thankful. Or any help at all, actually. Now I'm only offered sign-ins for "Merchant" and "Shoppers," and I'm neither. I'm a Turker by gum.

I always access my payment through my Dashboard - click "Transfer Earnings"

Then click on "Amazon Payments"

Your account balance will be higher than dispersible if you've recently purchased something off of Amazon and the vendor hasn't submitted reimbursement for your purchase (you are only billed once your item has been shipped - in case something is out of stock, etc). Your dispersible amount is what you actually have left for your balance.

Mine does that when i have an open purchase on amazon and i have chosen to use my AP balance to pay for it.

Yup. I bought a multimeter this morning and its cost is the exact difference between my Account Balance and the Dispersible Amount. And I don't see any of my bank account balance taken out for the price of the multimeter, so I must have screwed up this morning. Scary. Thanks for your help!
