There are websites called mturk.com and usertesting.com where you can make money online so you don't have to get on your hands and knees and beg a woman who barely knows english for hours at that crappy grocery store.

Did either of you put your ID as the code?

They have your worker ID automatically. What I always do is take a screenshot, save it and say "I did not receive a code, but I took a screenshot for proof, if necessary." I've had to do it countless times at this point and I've never gotten a rejection.
