I've the same prob. Sore tendon on the left side of my neck. I've used ICYHOT for a few days and that seems to help. But now I'm looking at
Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS). I've yet to determent how effective they are; probably a case of ymmv

My family of 4 easily qualifys here in Texas (yes, I counted my turk money toward the income qualification) I would estimate saves us about $150 a month on groceries, but we also get some things there like cake mixes and other treats that we wouldn't normally buy.
