I don't remember any one particular large bonus but NowNow/Askville used to give weekly bonuses for the best responses and each bonus was between $5 and $40, I think. I racked up a lot of those for a long time, so that was definitely my biggest collective bonus from a single requester.

most of the midwest and upper east were destroyed by 60 mph winds since yesterday morning. 2 million people in rural Michigan are still without power. That takes care of a few universities that routinely run studies.

That wind was wild. Skyscraper windows were breaking and bricks were falling from the sky in downtown Chicago.
