I received a rejection today - "The task was not confirmed as your selection could not be validated".

I tried to email the requester through mTurk for more details since I thought I did what was asked. So - what do you do if a requester doesn't have a TO yet and when you send an email you get "Failed to send comments We're sorry, but this Requester could not be reached."?

I tried to email the requester through mTurk for more details since I thought I did what was asked. So - what do you do if a requester doesn't have a TO yet and when you send an email you get "Failed to send comments We're sorry, but this Requester could not be reached."?

TO isn't amazon based, and isn't related to being able to send an email.

I've sent lots messages to them, almost every time I encounter an issue. I've told them we frequently encounter freezes, slowdowns, have to refresh, etc.
I've NEVER gotten a response, I've been doing their hits for like a year or so now and I didn't really start having problems until they dropped the pay on their HITs to $0.15 (I wanna say like september-ish). It's like they went cheap on everything all at the same time.
